Arthur ‘Art Deco’ New Build
Sandringham - Completed 2025
A new single-storey home designed by a retired architect and his wife, with spaces shaped around how they wanted to live: pursuing their hobbies, enjoying the garden and bringing together children and grandchildren.
On a title that was one full half of a semi-detached period pair in Sandringham — only the original fireplace on the adjoining wall remained once demolition was complete. The layout balances quieter private areas with generous living and entertaining spaces, opening to a cottage-style garden and outdoor deck.
This project involved working through the layout and unique detailing to translate the owner’s vision into the finished build. Many of the finishes were sourced and chosen personally, tied to a genuine love of the period rather than a general "period style" brief.
